This blog is the sequel of my previous site, Girevoy Sport After 40. I hope the numerical change in the title reflects not only the inevitability of time, but also my experience and insight into training for people of my age group and physical level. The plan is to make this blog the place to go to for those interested in the meaningless lifting of metal balls with handles and trying to get better at it.
